Logitech G Pro Wheel not appearing in G Hub

Hi folks,

Would appreciate some help. I purchased a RS shifter/handbrake for my son's birthday which his G PRO wheel is not picking up. Reading through forums suggested I download a firmware update to his wheel, so I downloaded the G Hub software to my laptop, set the wheel to 'PC/PS5' mode, but the G Hub software doesn't pick up the wheel. I removed the software and reinstalled, still nothing. I'm not using an adaptor as my understanding is I don't need one when using a PRO wheel and shifter. Any suggestions as I'm feeling like the inadequate dad here.

I have the same issue. Upgraded from G923 and when I hooked up the G Pro wheel to the laptop, it wasn’t recognised/nothing happened. The G923 used to appear straight away. Sorry it’s not much help, but it’s definitely not just you

There’s three modes to choose from: PS5, PS4 and PC. Make sure you choose the latter one.
