Look what happened to my program, please help me...

Everytime I open GIMP, this happens:




Can anyone explain me why this is? Normally a loading window should appear before it opens up but it doesn't do that anymore

Have you tried re-installing GIMP? Seems like that happend to me and a reinstall fixed it.

Ok, I think I know what your problem is...
What happens when you click on one of these .jpeg files from that menu?

EDIT: Pretty much what I think is that the file that is meant to read different file languages in the program has become corrupt.
