Looking for a song?Music

It says right on the video, Pulse Ultra - Build Your Cages.

(wasn't trying to act sarcastic just a matter-of-fact)

:)

I think that's by a band called Satellite? Or maybe Boom Boom Satellites?
I know there are a few Japanesse members on this website, not many, but I have seen a few around. Maybe they will know. Don't know their usernames though, which is a problem!

I am not looking for any song in partcular, but I am looking for any hard rock song that is similar in pace to this one.

PS: It also needs to be a song from the early 1990's.

Okay, I have found what I was looking for from a few months back:
That song at the starting of WRC 2 Extreme (and the main menu music as well)
Yeah, that song was The Chemical Brothers - Star Guitar. :D (thanks Wolfe for that video inside this thread 👍)

Now i'm on another search for a song similar to that. I always had remember how the song goes inside my head and the video, but I forgot the artist and the song title. :banghead: Well the video was like this, it had a little girl inside of a train staring at the window (looking at the scenery) and was in black and white. I forgot what the genre of the music was (could be techno, electronica, trance) but its definitely a dance genre...... The song also had some piano notes as well, repeated in a pattern......

Hope that information helps. :)

Can anyone tell me a name of this song. I can only remember a bit of the lyrics, but it should be enough. Anway, this is the bit I remember:

"Standing in line, to see the show tonight, and there's a light on, hevay glow,
by the way, I'm trying to say I'll be there, waitng for..."

I hope thats enough. Sorry, but thats the only bit I can remember! :) 👍

Here's a song I heard on a game. It sounds familiar, but no one knows.
I recorded it, hoping someone else might know it.

EDIT* Found it. :)

Pretty much anything from Metallica's Black Album (:yuck:) would have similar pace... not necessarily the same lyrical style though.

If you want to go back to the eighties, you'd find a LOT in the hair metal genre.

My top pick though would be to check out a weeeeeeird Italian fantasy metal band called "Rhapsody", although they're newer than early nineties. They'd probably have something that would work (and their guitarist is ridiculously talented).

Rhapsody's [GREAT] music is completely different imo.

However I'll agree that many hair metal bands had such paces (Motley Crue), you'll surely find something there.

A friend took me to see them live and they weren't what I was expecting (which ended up being a good thing)...

but good GOD can Luca Turilli play! I heard he's got some sort of space-themed side project now? Do you know what it's called and if it's any good?

Turns out I don't have it. But they play it a lot at the gym I go to, so I was sure I heard it. I also confused it at first with Alter Ego - Beat the Bush, though the sound is a bit rawer.

Thanks anyway. I was looking all night. still nothing :(

Got a request of my own now.
This will probably be pointless as it's so extremely vague, but it's driving me absolutely mental and has done for the past 4 days.

It's a song from anywhere between the mid/late 90s to early 00s, the artist sounds like The Verve / Richard Ashcroft but I'm pretty sure it's neither as I've gone through the entire discographies of both without any luck.
The chorus has classical string instruments in the background, which is what led me to believe it was The Verve/RA.
It gets even more vague, as I don't know any of the lyrics either, only what I can imagine would fit in, as I've not heard it in years, can't remember if it's on any games/in any films, so it's in my head.
All I can think of is what could fit in the 2 lines at the end of the chorus i.e "pulling me in, pushing me out" or "chewing me up, spitting me out" before he yells 1/2 words for 4-5 seconds that sounds like "Foooor reeeaaaaal".
Probably completely wrong and no-one will have a clue what I'm on about, but I'd really appreciate any suggestions :)
