Looking for help with wheel and game settings in gt7 1.56

Hi guys im sorry if im not in the right place to ask this please let me know where i should thanks. So i have the normal Fanatec DD Pro GT base and csl pedals with load cell brake.

I need help after update 1.56 in GT7 what are the best wheel settings and the best game settings ?

Also any of the settings you tell me can i just do them from the wheel and game. Or is there some settings i need to do with pc as well? Thank you for any and all help with this
