What specific event are you trying to recreate from the 1997 season?
Most if not all of the 1997 season liveries are in the showcase for the respective vehicle:
The easiest way to find them is to select the vehicle (i.e., Toyota Supra GT500 '97) and enter a search term (i.e., "1997" or "JGTC" or the car sponsor or team name).
Here's a list of the liveries you'll need:
