Looking for movie

When I was like 11 year old(I'm 19 now) I saw a movie on tv, and want to see it again. All I remember from the movie is was a party and then two people got challenged to play basket and then invent a new way to play the game, anyway at the end the sport they invented turn into a real sport, they got sponsors, their know stadium and their ball. And that is all I remember.

I haven't seen all of it in one sitting. If its the South Park guys, I need to go rewatch to check for some classic South Park style fat kid jokes .
