Yep the vw nardo is concept car and r390 can't be traded, so either win, buy or borrow glitch unless get tickets for them and that lucky dip if got as well ;0

Maybe you can. I am not sure. I bought mine but you can just sit and wait for them to come around. They will be there soon for you hopefully.
