Looking to tune Dodge Challenger R/T 70

FIrst off I realize a few things when tuning, like buying the power upgrades makes my car go faster. That is all. I used to know a bit back in GT5 but completely forgot it. I would like this car to obviously go fast, but handle well too. I am currently doing the muscle car races in National A and was wondering if there is a specific setup that works awesome for this car. Thanks!

The tune directory has two parts to the main tunes page, the top part is down right now but the 3 challenger tunes are also in the old part that is farther down. If you want to try your hand at tuning it yourself, I advise reading this tuning guide.

How come I cannot set the Top speed to 330? I've adjusted every setting exactly to this guide:

Yet the top speed for me is 249. PP, HP, and Weight are all spot on. I have the fully customizable transmission kit.

It is 330 kph which I think still is 249 mph. Kilometer instead of miles.

Edit: Sorry, it is 205 mph.

Have a read through this to refresh your memory about what all the tuning bits do.
Also might be worth doing a search for the FITT American muscle contest, there were a few challengers in there if memory serves
