Losing control when braking

Driving the Audi Le Mans quattro '03.

Driving in a staight line at any speed over 120mph and touching the brakes results in the car veering off to the side and into a fishail.

I tried losening the back suspension quite a bit, but it still wants to veer off to the side when braking. Even in a staight line.

If you brake in a corner it's all over for you.

What gives with this car?

Adjust brake balance
Add rear camber

Lower rear brake balance first before trying other things.

I think the problem with this car is that it has no aero and no downforce. A huge dissapointment for a car that boasts 866 hp and 1244kg. I adjusted the brake balance and it helped. However, after getting the car under control, I took it on the Indy dream car race and failed miserably. The car can't corner going faster than 165mph. I've got plenty of camber, I think it all boils down to no downforce.
