Lost 5 days of activity! GTS on a 2nd PS4

Please help!

I downladed GTS on a 2nd Playstation (my kids’ one) and when it loaded I was missing 5 days of miles / cash / cars / experience.

So I did not save, just quit and deleted it.

I then fired up my main account and was gifted 5 cars for old daily challenges hthey were the same ones I had been gifted each day) and my cash was gone, the Mclaren I had bought was gone, some liveries I had done were gone, I was an experience level lower.

So I have just been onto gran-turismo.com and my profile shows no update since 29th November, the cash and experience have gone. But I still have the cars for the daily challenges that it now says I did not do!?

Any tips, thoughts, advice?

You have to upload your save to the cloud, if you have Plus, on your original PS4 and then download it on the other PS4 to continue from where you left off.

It might be worth checking the uploaded version for date to seen if it is older and has your money. I'd test that out on your son's PS4 though as it will replace your current save and if it is not right......

I run two PS4's & initially was losing any progress from the non primary machine (it only maintained DR & SR all money & golds were lost). The most effective solution was to always save to a usb then load onto the other machine before you start the game. You could try your son's PS4 again to see if the saved data is still available to download to a memory stick, there should be 2 files for GT Sport if they are there.

What really confuses me is I have lost data from the primary machine. I realised quickly that the secondary machine had not bought all the data across so just hard closed it without saving.

It was only when I went back to the Primary that I was re-gifted the daily work out cars I had already won on it but then discovered all of the cash and progress was gone.

Happened to me also i just notice. Lost some cars, liveries and the worst my in game achievements of like 1000km with like 15 victories 8 fastest laps and 6 poles.

When I last saved and logged off on the Primary PS4 I had just progressed to Level 27, had 1.8m credits and a brand new Mclaren Gr3 which I had just bought. This as on the night of the 4th December but from what I can see it is now showing my November 29th save.

I did some nice long races over the weekend and if I recall correctly, my DR stayed roughly where it was but my SR dropped from B to C and then went back up again.

It is not the end of the world but it would be great if there is a way to go and get the old save. If you have any ideas I would love to hear.

Thanks. That is spot on. On December 4th I saved down 1.8m in credits (I had just bought a Mclaren) and I think I had also bought some wheels and paint with my MI.

On the 5th I loaded the game on the 2nd ps4 and 500k of credits got wiped along with the Mclaren from my garage. Very odd!

Edit... I also lost the golds in some of the Campaign Tracks that I had done, but the times were saved as my bests.

Lesson learnt. Won’t try to download onto another PS4 again.
