Lost savegame

Hi all!
After a long time I fired up my PS4 but the system was corrupt so had to reinstall it.
I installed GT Sport and my savegame was gone.
All the cars and extras are lost...
Question is how can I recover my savegame as I never had PS+ and also never made a backup on flash drive.
Any help would be appriciated.

You can't get your save file unless you have PS+. So I'd say, all is lost.

Furthermore, GT Sport's online services shut down in January, meaning you can't access the online features anymore.

No. Once you wipe your console clean, it's literally wiped clean.
