I had the MC wheel for a short time way back in 03'....used it mostly on Pro Race Driver & a little bit on GT3...though at that point in time, the wheel worked much better in PRD then in GT3 and PRD was the game I was playing the most, so it made sense at the time.
I did, however, find the wheels 'spongy' feeling a little too distracting, so I took the MC wheel apart and found that it used to small springs to control the left/right movement and to bring the wheel back to 'center'...So, I headed on down to my local hardware shop & picked up two new shorter & thicker springs...after swapping out the old ones for the new ones, the wheel felt 10 X's better!
But the minute I brought the DFP home, I gave my MC wheel some friends who wanted it for their kids..
IMHO...while the MC wheel may be compatible w/GT4....it can't hold a candle to the Logitech Driving Force Pro...
