Obviously, we all want the Stockyard to be removed from GT7, whether they just allow us unlimited cars in our Garage, or give us multiple garages, allow us to create folder structures for storing cars or whatever...
However, IF the Stockyard is coming back to GT7 could we please have cars that are in the stockyard still come up as being "owned" when we visit the Dealership. You know how there is a little white checkmark in a teal circle next to the Cr. amount of the car? Well, when you have a car in the stockyard, that check mark isn't there - even though you own the car.
So, what does an idiot like me do? I end up buying cars that I already own, that I DEFINITELY do not want/need a duplicate of...all because I didn't think I owned it yet while visiting the Dealership.
Let's end this madness once and for all. It is ridiculously simple to have a tiny data file called "Players Master Car List", or something like that, that is used when the player goes into the Dealership. PD could still keep the separate data files for Garage and Stockyard, like they're probably doing now. This can NOT be a difficult fix. Heck, this is something that should be implemented in a GT6 update for heaven's sake...
