Deputy Education Minister Mohd Puad Zarkashi (picture) said few people understood or knew the early “symptoms” of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community to prevent its spread.

To prevent its spread? To be honest, I thought homosexuality was an orientation. Obviously I was wrong and is the next swine flu.

Honestly, imagine if this was an illness. Imagine waking up one morning, drearily stumbling over to the bathroom, looking slowly into the mirror and rubbing your eyes, only to realise you are smearing your eyeliner and mascara because you seemingly caught the illness of transgender overnight. Then you look down and realise you are wearing your wife's favourite blouse. Then you hear the scream of your wife, you run out to see the problem, only to see she is wearing your favourite shirt and has more facial hair than ZZ Top combined because she too, caught the illness of transgender.

Obviously that is the way your sexual orientation is decided in Malaysia.

They're saying that no one in the right state of mind can choose to be a homosexual. That because you see two guys/girls holding hands on the street you'd immediately feel the urge to do the first same-sex individual you can find. That with enough punishment you can turn a gay person straight.

Seriously, the government treat us like a herd of cows. I can decide for myself if I am gay, Dr. Puad, and it's none of your business if I am.

Also, their gay list is missing some stuff. I see no mention of scatter cushions, nor Audi TTs.
