Copy it to a USB
Load your game
Send the item
Copy game from USB to PS3
You have the item and recipient has it.
If you use an alt account it will mean you can duplicate your own items!

Save the game save onto a USB stick then go on onto gt5 send what your going to send! Go back to the the saved data utility and copy the save off the USB stick back onto the ps3!

Okay

1.Copy your game save to a usb stick
2.send paints/whatever else to the person
3.after game has finished saving reload the game from the usb stick back onto the PS3
4.you still have whatever you sent and so does the person you sent it to.
