Ok. That's punishment. But is it penalization?

Is PD beating someone down for not collecting cars?

Penalized definition = Subject to some form of punishment.
I am being punished for not wanting to collect. Sad... but true.

By your rationale you're also being punished by companies you don't work for because they don't give you a paycheck. Do you really think that makes sense?

Yeah, I gave up. I'm guessing he was also penalized because he did not get the gold medal in cross country skiing even though he chose not to participate.

Indeed.

If you go to your items list, and sort the paints alphabetically, matte paints will have the word MATTE at the start, e.g. matte purple.

Or you can just sort the inventory to only see matte paint ^^

For those who dont know where this fad originated from, it was likely from all the primered "project" cars of th 90's (mostly imports) upholding the image of "all go, no show".

Somebody said they wanted a primer look, they do have matte grays which probably look the part.
