Just got this car like 10 mins ago and it's impossible to drive with the assists off, my god, I'm getting so frustrated right now grrr! (1,000,000 credits, should've saved before buying it ^___^)
Any tips from someone who has it too?

I'm finding that with most of the super cars, the Enzo and all the other cars with over 600 horsepower are almost undrivable with the assists all off. The only one drivable one is the ZR1, which is amazing.

I got it on like day 11 and was lucking, I needed 200,000cr so I did some gold license and turned out to be day 12 and still there so I could buy it but it's a bitch to drive so I'll need to get patient and learn to get better with it xD

Right now I'm just waiting for the Lexus IS and Toyota Altezza to show up :)
 
The Furai is a good 1 million credits, and just as Alba says it's a 🤬 to drive without any assists on because the rear wheels get too happy. I've found a way around it though, you can simply blip the throttle on and off when going around a tight bend seeing as there's no pressure sensitivity.
 
How does the car sound? I know it's only the PSP version of the game, but I saw a video of the Furai once, and it had an awesome scream to it.

I am seriously so jealous right now. I only got the "Dispatched" email from Play.com last night. Hopefully it arrives tomorrow morning. How is the tuning in the game? I know its not "full" tuning as such, but what can you change?

It sounds like an RX-7/787B-esque car in chase cam but in any other view it sounds like an angry blow-dryer. :indiff:

It's pretty much the same options you get in Prologue, nothing more.

Those are the basic options you get, in addition to spring rate, damper, toe, and camber angle adjustments. The screen doesn't look like that (that's from Prologue) but it's damn similar, in fact, the only thing missing is the graph.

@ SRinc - If you're talking about the Furai, it outputs 502hp and is pretty light - 675kg. Torque, however, is nowhere to be accounted for.

I've been holding onto about 3.5mill credits waiting for an F1 car to show up!

Got the Furai on about day 6 it turned up pretty quick, so I snatched it up. Nurburgring is a scary track in GTPSP with Pro Physics and the cars are difficult to control. The Ferrari Enzo is my current favourite lapping the 'Ring just under 8minutes with no aids and default settings.

Just for reference, any race/drift/time trail is a day in the GT world. If you go to challenges, if you can do a complete block in one GT day. If you quit half way through a block, it will count as a day. So if you see a car come up you want and can't afford, jump into a challenge block and complete it, only one day will pass, as the dealerships change every 2 days giving you a chance to win enough money to purchase the car. That or you could just do 99laps of Nurburgring for a million dollars :D
