hi to everybody :)
the rx 7 and' very amusing ,I would like to participate, I have often met Mr_Volcano and other very correct and fast GTP:tup: , but I am not very fast :guilty:
does someone turn now?

sorry i use a translator...

not front toe -5? will try that brake balance:tup: did you film my drift in the end :dopey:

Just checked toes... F -0.08/R -0.05 I feel it's not so tailhappy when reartyres wants to go to 'same direction', and inside tyre even more than outside. Could be only my imagination.

I got your drifts yes... I was thinking: 'is he really doing that, or is it lag...' :dopey:

There was few 'jumping car' moments before.

interesting.. will try that also..I just thought it would be more unstable then. Didnt look like you had problems :)

pino-r - Slipstream will keep us together, Dont worry about your speed, think consistancy and draft as much you can:tup:

Volcano: Just checked your changes to last weeks setup suggestions... I have that last week setup yes. (but those different brakes and rear toes) I love handling of it, so thanks one more time. 👍

I think I'm done.. thanks for the warm up guys! See you tomorrow 👍

yeah, that was a good one;)

Sorry guys. I've forgotten how to drive. Been in awd for the last few days. Gonna head and have a look at home. Catch you tomorrow.

That will make it fun:) I have manage 2.00.6 but in last cup I only got 2.01.6 as best because of all the battling.. Bring it on RPM:tup:

Was that time with your tune?

..........Oh, I can't remember how long I spent on it but only managed a 2'02.:nervous:

2'02.xxx is good basic 'safe-lap' in race to me without slipstream... with slipstream it gets second down. Your tune sounds competitive in my ears. I cant believe that RX-7 can take much lower times than those.

Last week I manage to do 2'00.7xx with huge slipstream, and 'perfect' lap. Cant repeat that maybe never.

I havent been able to practice last weekend.... but I will be joining the fun tonight!! 👍 See you guys tonight!

Hey guys, I just stumbled on this and it sounds like fun, I might join in too, though probably not before 21.00 due to some work i have to finish.
I didn't practice this at all, so I'll sure fight for the last place aswell :)

Will try to show up, not possible at 20.00 but later. Is the tune posted on page 2 updated to the latest "post- warmup" settings? I won't have time to test the car so it'ss be just "start game - use available tune - go race".

I'll suck probably, but doesn't matter, I'll have fun just from the racing itself 👍

That tune on page 2 guarantees that you have chance to be competitive. Copied that on last week, and changed brake balance for my liking, and rear toe to -0.05... that's all, and it really works for me!

Gear-ratios are very nicely fitted to this track, and that is biggest time-taker for me everytime if I try to find good setups.

Highly recommended!

Today is the day! Could those who didnt post today confirm if you will show up or not? And if you will show up from 20.03? I understand probably not all see this post, but need too see if wee need 2 grids.. .

Tried your tweak aki... Didnt work for me.. feels to loose, comparing too your videos I think I have a little harder driving style.

I dont think two grids is necessary... if there will be more then 12drivers, I think those who cant get to scheduled start, just push again race-button immediately, and end up together with others who had bad luck.

...but youre Bernie Eclestone in this Cup, so it's up to you. :)

Youre right about my driving style... I have overly smooth/careful style because of my DFP, and two year old Son, who wakes up for every smallest noise. That's why I need to drive without any risks that may lead to emergency correcting moves.

For everyone who will participate tonight... here is what you can expect to come: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bOoGjDPFDBs

No you didn't, and it wouldn't matter if you did. Me and JvM did fight ourselves out of winning, so we couldn't ever reach you if you would drive normally.

If people wonders about lap times, here are what you should be aiming for, average leader time 2.02, dipping into 2.01 when good laptime. But remember you could drive slower then that and still keep up couse of the slipstream, so consistancy is the key here:tup: Take a warm up session and learn your braking points;) See you tonight! !

And if you saw some improved lines in the end, I learned it from you in your last videos 👍

If you mean last three curves before mainstraight (specially two last ones), I was thinking that yesterday... :) , but then I thought that maybe Volcano just had more slippier tyres last time.

I had no chance to get side by side anymore, like I had last week, so those lines definetly is few tenth quicker than wider ones. Quite many use those wide-lines, I have noticed. I use more middle-line to inside-line cause there seems to be rubber from tyres, and I think grip is bigger.

Nice to hear that my videos aint just waist of time. I hope GTP_rpm publish yesterdays few races from his point of view. I'd like to see myself from behind others wheel too!

I will be recording, but I've got a backlog of good races to go up I just need time off to do it as it's very time consuming - especially when your HD cam-corder doesn't save the files in any particular order at all!

Also, Youtube only allows maximum of 11minutes and I think these races are exceeding that!?

Just did my quickest lap, 2'01.1xx

Ride height = -37/-34
Toe = -0.12/+0.07

You have something wrong with your math pal. :)

How about you count five times that best lap of yours and, lets say +30 sec because first lap delay and resultpage.

Your editing procedure needs some improve also, if it's much work. Dont you mean your footage is already in some known form, so you only need to upload it to PC?
I have DV-cam, so I need to play it sec by sec to my laptop, but I dont see it's much work either that... so I watch whole tape through when transferring it, and same time I do notes what race interests others than me too.

Your few runs with me and Volcano has been in my YouTube since morning. Check them out sometime!
