MC2 Universal Pedal issue...

Hey all... i have the universal madcatz MC2 wheel/pedals. and i was wondering if its possible to adjust the sensitivity for these pedals.. it seems about 30% pedal pressure is full throttle/brake .. according to the on-screen throttle/brake display... quite annoying .. ive managed to live with it by putting some soft block rubber restricting the movement to only 30% depression for both pedals.. but i would like to know if its possible to remap the pedals from controlling the X and SQUARE buttons to which they are assigned... GT4 doesnt seem to have an option to set the right analog stick up/down for throttle control as GT3 did... any input would be appreciated. thanks.

and please. dont tell me to go and buy a DFP. i dont want it. i hate force feedback.

the last madcatz wheel i owned.. (which i broke from heavy use haha) i didnt have this problem with the pedals.. as they were mapped the right analog stick.

I think you can go to the controller button setup to change the gas and brake to the right analog stick. I think this could solve the problem you have.

hi kiwiboy, sorry but in the options screen of GT4, it only gives you the option of choosing left analog stick (up) for throttle (down) for brake.... its odd.. gt3 had the right analog stick option =/

That confused the heck out of me, too, but don't worry about it -

The default control settings are for analog sticks, left for steering and right for gas/brake. So if you just return the analog sticks to their defaults, and drive, it works fine.
