Here is my McLaren F1 GTR Race Car:
Looks pretty good for an standard car but up close it's just horrible, everything is pixelated.

I see I'm not the only one who prefers it in orange. This car really deserves it's own thread.

Did some slight adjustments in Photoshop.

One thing I'm really missing on the GT model of the F1 are the high-mounted side-view mirrors. I thought they gave the car that final futuristic touch.

Unfortunately, I believe the production model came with the boring side-mounted ones...

...which actually came from a Volkswagen Corrado!

I just like this one a lot for some reason.
One thing I don't get though, how come the F1's wing only acts as an airbrake in GT5? I thought it raised at speed for active aerodynamics too.

That red one is marvelous...

My F1 is currently red but with the spoiler. I'm loving the 350z "burning red", had to steal it for the S2000. Might have to go ahead and buy another 350 to use it on the McLaren!

Wish we had better wheel options for the F1 though.

I kind of think I like the default rims on the F1 the most. I rarely change out the rims on my cars, I typically feel their individually unique rims add to their character.

Great picture.

The wing on this car only goes up at over 40mph and with certain brake pressure.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McLaren_F1 Go to the aero section. I know it's wikipedia but I'm sure its in other places on the net.
