@ 12:00pm PDT / 3:00pm EDT / 8pm BST / 9pm CEST / 19:00 UTC

Event duration: Approximately 90 minutes (or less)

Car Regulations:
Mazda Autozam AZ-1 '92
comfort medium tires
tuning: prohibited
Allowed: oil change, engine rebuild, chassis restoration, wheel rims, & paint

Tracks:
Race #1: 20 laps @ Tsukuba (1.27 miles)
Race #2: 17 laps @ Lemons Country Circuit (Toscana tarmac) (1.9 miles) by chuyler1
(Approximately 30+/- minutes per race.)

Race Regulations:
All aids off except ABS (driver's choice)
tire wear on
damage heavy
slipstream weak
grip real
penalty off
boost off

Race Procedure:
10-minute qualifying @ Tsukuba
All racers enter track & spread out to qualify
All stay on track until race start
Race #1: fastest first grid start
5-10 minute break
Race #2: grid start based on Reverse Grid Order

Rules:

1. GTP OLR Rules Please familiarize yourself with these rules prior to the event.
2. Pitting should be done in the case of severe damage that's causing the car to be a nuisance on the track. ie: damage is not an excuse for reckless driving, wild weaving, or neglecting track etiquette.
3. If you cause a contact, you must make contact concessions.
4. If your fault in a contact incident causes another car accident damage, you must follow into the pit with them.
5. Failure to make contact concessions or failure to concession pit, will result in a post-race penalty concession. (ie: you will be placed below that racer in the results)
6. Retaliation, "payback", & monkey-see-monkey-do rule flouting will not be tolerated.
7. Rule violations or race incidents should be reported to the stewards via Private Messaging.

Sorry the timing isn't right, but travel sure sounds like a nice consolation as a reason for missing it!

And I hope to have more races w/ the Autozam. It's in my top 10 favourite cars in gt5. Plus, cc570 already found another custom track for it, he tells.

Dizzying 1st race, spooky toward the end of the last one in the dark! (Note: I hadn't actually tested the time progression for the race interval - I just left it on the set time progression of 5 that comes with the track. lol)

Crap. I forgot about the 2nd race. I came back to watch for a bit but I got disconnected a second time and just abandoned it. I bet the night race was great fun.
