Rough guide to how I use the gears on this car...

T1 is 2nd or 3rd depending on what is going on around me!

T2, T3 & T4 all 3rd gear

T6 is 4th T7 is 3rd

T8 is 3rd

T9 & T10 are both 5th

T11 & T12 both 4th

T14 & T15 both in 2nd

T16 is 3rd

Graveltrap, gear position is a big help. I was downshifting too much and scrubbing corner speed, thinking the car accelerated harder. But I've gotten down to a 5:54.02 so far and I'm easing my front springs down also. At 8.45 now. lol

Set a new personal best last night. Using my Orange car, which usually is my fastest. I changed to my latest settings, along with a totally different gearbox setup. I got a total time of 5:48.5xx and a best lap of 1:54.02x.

Now if I can figure out why my other cars with a similar setup aren't as fast it'll be all good. Of course the gearbox might be the culprit?

Hi all

I have a Question i have this car for the Event on Facebook call Hot Lap and i dont understand why you all come with car on 530PP and 404HP its a pitty for me i come on 545PP and 339HP WHY?????????

What ballast are you using?

Sorry been in Project cars...

It is a long time since I have looked at this car ;) did you use a fresh car, have you changed the oil?

Is that a typo? 339BHP? Sounds very low for the PP...

I'd suggest buying a new car and starting over!

Hi
I don't have ballast on board 955kg

Usually to get the hp, alter the handling and keep the PP low, requires ballast. But as graveltrap said, you may have to start over if your cars not fresh or somethings way off.

Keep in mind adding rear weight ballast adds steering in and rear traction out, adding front ballast adds steering out and takes away entry steering. :)
