You ever go to the track??
Your engine compartment is really nice and well done. You running the b16a motor??
Just curious as the next car Ill own will be another Honda hatch. I had an 83 Civic hatch and loved it. I had it all fixed up with suspension pieces as they didnt have any engine mods at the time. Engine swap was in the plans but my room mate totalled the car before I had the chance to do the motor swap.
It wouldve been nice, 60 hp engine swapped for a 120 hp CRX motor with the 5 speed stick. Oh I only wish. :(

Hey thanks for the compliments.

Ya I go to the track every once in a while. My car isn't bad i usally run 16's or 17's. I've even broke into the 15's.Not bad for a little old Civic. I've got the stock engine in the car right now. If I get some money I'll swap it out.

Also when I was building the car I didn't want to make it all riced out car I'm really don't like super ricey cars.

I'll post all the mods later cause I'm pretty tired right now and it requires way to much thinking to remeber all the stuff.

Mini Cooper, awesome man.
We,ve got a mini cooper in our car club and is the 1972 anniversary edition all the way from Germany.

If you look carefully, youll see the Mini. :D
Get the Coop man and dis the Integra.

Oh, not really dissing the Integra. Have fun.

While my WRX is in the shop, I've got a P.O.S. Ford Focus 4-door. With an auto transmission. [It's a loaner -- I swear!] Ugh; an ungodly thing. I can feel the tires flex on a medium-speed turn, and then it gets a bit wobbly when I straighten out. There isn't even a tach on the dash! And that tick-tock turn signal...I hardly use it now. Slow, I can understand (economy car means economy engine), but where do people get the idea that this is a great handler?

Two more days 'til I get my Scooby back from the shop....

Yeah, but like any car it can be modified to be a good handling car as well as quick. :D
I can understand going from a good car to a loaner and being very disappointed with the performance of the loaner.
Heh, Ive got a daily driver that is the total opposite of the Cavy but even with it, Ive got great handling (added factory swaybar, poly endlinks and bushings) for such a slow car. ;)
Its all in what you do to it to make it what you want.
Good luck with the Scooby man.

I guess so, but I have yet to drive a Focus that pleases me. Then again, I haven't tried the SVT yet. Maybe I can con a road test this weekend....

OT: Speaking of Focus: Anyone heard more about the RS (220HP/AWD)? Last I heard, it was on hold for the next version of the Focus.

Yeah, that one is being built for the rallying at Ford Motorsports.
I mean, why not. Look at the some of the latest Sport Compact Car magazine. They have a project Focus which they will actually drive in some national events. Its very interesting what can be done to the Focus.
Focus has lots of potential. :D

Thanks! That's actually the stock front end on the 97/98 240SX, but I get the Silvia comment all the time... :)

I'm a member at several Nissan/240 forums, although only a few offer any solid tech info. Most are filling up with HondaBoyz jumping on the bandwagon since the 'Drift Machine' SCC came out... Oh well, not many of them are gonna get their hands on a newer 240 anyway. ;)

Cool.
For a different site for the true performance enthusiast, check out TeamSlow.org. They are very picky on who they have on their site and dont accept any hint of rice.
These guys know tuning and there are several there with the 240 as well.
Im a member there with my z24 and would say that you would be a shoe in for the site. They would appreciate your car as much as I do.
Check them out and apply if you want. Oh, there are dues and is only 10 bucks if your accepted.
Btw, this is the hardest car website Ive had to join to get in. Its well worth it.
Good luck on the 240 man and hope to see you on the TeamSlow site.

Crakhoor, if you have any plans on swapping in a det, check out www.sr20deforum.com It is mostly Se-R guys (not the new ones) , but there is a forum for 240's and there are plenty of people to ask for technical advice from.
