Intrigue - when you say you "acquired" all of the compacts, do you mean that you purchased the cars or that you completed the races that award you the cars?

If it's a normal Menu book, you have to complete the races.

If it's an Extra Menu book, you just have to buy the cars.

You have to “accept” the menu to trigger it.

You can buy all the cars in the game but you have to accept the challenges 1 by 1
