A friend posted these on Facebook. He is also Australian but has a love of anything Japanese.

And then there's this one...

Drum n Bass, Deep House, Non Commercial Dubstep, House (real house not that awful American EDM nonsense) and a few UkHardcore tracks wouldnt go a miss since that style is picking up traction again.

Would like less PD elevator music...I hate that in GT games.

Menu music for GTS/7? If that's the case, then here goes...

I don't want to go for anything that would end up being your standard lounge jazz/elevator music, but I would like to try out some jazz fusion. So I'll go for something from Pat Metheny Group.

In 1983, they received a Grammy nomination for this next song, as it goes to show how talented these guys are. It's also considered their signature tune as ever since recording it in 1981 and releasing it (and the above song) on the "Offramp" album in 1982, they've played this song regularly at concerts. I feel like just giving you the song with a slideshow of still images isn't enough to do it justice, so here's what I perceive to be the music video for it.

Although if I would HAVE to choose from a Japanese artist, that would mean going for something you MIGHT hear in GT7. But I'd love to hear this.

And lastly...sometimes, I'll have some classical music going. I'd like to hear Clair de Lune again but in a longer variant like the one shown here, as I enjoyed hearing it in GT4. I do believe the melodic and very calming mood, as well as the fitting inflections of the piano helps to calm the nerves after a long, hard race.

Those are my picks. Which ones do you like?

Well I like Animals as Leaders because they are Animals as Leaders... But maybe not for the menu. I'm thinking though it would be perfect for the after race replay. And for the challenges, Ka$cade LOL

I think this would fit really well into Gran Turismo, I find it really nice to listen to. I think it'd be a menu theme for sure.

Without a doubt we need more of Casiopea / T-Square, they have already made most of the original music for the GT franchise, and I think this album of theirs from 1979 really tops everything off, I recommend you all a good listen:
