I wouldn't be holding my breath for the founders of Google to sell up to Microsoft. It should be borne in mind that Google is not publicly listed - it is actually privately owned, and even if listed I would be inclined to think that only a small part of the business would be floated - I see from the article that the speculation was about 15%.

I wouldn't be too concerned about this.

I would think that microsoft would only seek to do some sort of outsourcing thing anyway.
