I don't know what Steam's ToS say on the matter but I've never been emailed by any companies through Steam and I haven't been assassinated yet or anything like that. It's no worse than having a PSN (sorry, SEN) account.

Just make sure you opt out of any email contacts. Ive had no issues with steam in that regard. Now if you want to discuss steam issues as far as a service, well there are lots of issues there.

Your account must have at least one purchase or gift in it – basically, proof that you're a real person who really plays games. And you can't already have Midnight Club 2. Double-dipping is not allowed in the MC2C. You should probably make sure you have a Windows PC capable of running the game, too.

So now I have it! I had lots of fun with the first one. Old graphics doesn't deter me. Soon I'll be flipped up on two wheels and running full speed in the middle of narrow roads
