Midnight Club and porsche 911 turbo wheel

Hi all,

my first post here in GTP.

I recently bought Porsche 911 turbo wheel for GT5P, which worked fine (I am still playing Spec II). And then I bought Midnight Club LA, now i cant seem to get the wheel to work on the new game.

when i go to options -> controller, racing wheel option is all greyed out, if i try to customise controller config using the wheel, it doesnt work at all.

I have updated the firmware on thwe wheel too, still didnt work.

any ideas?

have you installed the home virus? I haven´t tried the game after that but heard it cause problems

no i havent installed "home". my bandwidth for the month is running low so I havent downloaded much at all.

try setting your system date to before 12/23/2008

There is a bug that disabled the porsche wheel with gt5p after dec 22. If you change you're ps3 date to a date before that it makes the wheel work again. Maybe it's the same thing with midnight club.
