midship challenge races

am i missing something here?..how come i cant use my huracon 610-4 '15 at midship challenge races?, the ai opponents use them....

No, i tried that but there's no restrictions on power or weight, i'm curious to know if anybody can use a Huracon 610-4 '15 in GT league / Professional league / Midship challenge races, the car just doesn't show up in the list of eligible cars , Thanks

GT AI has a history of using cars we can't.

The Huracan is 4wd, not MR, so that's why you can't use it.

It's the "Midship Challenge", not the MR Challenge. Mid engine, all wheel drive cars like the Huracan should be fair game. I used a Veyron in one event there.

And yet the Huracan apparently isn't allowed even though it's on the banner and the AI list. Realistically it should be.

Had the same in FR Challenge, can't use the GRMN 86, even though it's stock and AI run the stock version.

Yes, it is a bit odd, but if you click on the "i" you can see what cars you can use:

Yes we can use 4WD, i can use my NSX 4WD in the Midship Challenge, but not the Huracan LP 610-4 and i bought the Huracan to use in this challenge, because it is a picture of it, so i was sure we could use it :

I just tried the FR Challenge and i can't use the Toyota 86 GRMN either .

I noticed the GRMN thing when I did the FR thing too. In the Mid-ship thing it mentioned no tire restriction but you are limited to Sport Soft.

But it is a mid ship car. Drivetrain doesn't matter. A veyron can be used in that race as well. It's a 4wd mid ship car as well.
