MINI TUNING

Can anyone assist me in basic tuning for a Mini Cooper S. At the moment it seem like it is driving on ice as soon as I brake.
I fitted racing tyres to see if it makes a difference but no good.
I just need to keep it on the road.ANY IDEAS??

Fossil Fueled on YT has a setup for the engine swapped version that I am sure you could adapt.

Your welcome to try this little pocket rocket it does 150mph+ and is loads of fun its also easy to get used to especially if your using a controller
