Mix of A.spec and B.spec modes for endurance races

Would it be possible to choose a mode where we can mix an A.spec mode to enjoy the driving experience and the B.spec one to rest a little and guide our selected driver, all into the same endurance race ?

As well as online and offline (prefered online )
