If anything you will have to delete everything you have for LFS and re-download the game to replace files you may have overwritten that you cannot replace.
 
thats what i have done .... i'm always overwritting the dds or skins , just veh that i'm deleting the old one and putting the new one ... but the thing that pissed me the most is the engine !! i'm seeing it in the folder put it does anythbing in the game!
 
When I get my laptop back from Best Buy later today I will delete all Vaughn Gittin mods and re-install it myself to makes sure there is nothing extra you have to do.
 
Its not that hard just backup your old files before overwriting them, i learned to do that after the second time i had to re download lfs. :dopey: As for the car mods you cant delete the old veh folder you need to move it to another one so you can keep it for later, the veh folder is what actually makes your downloaded car appear in game. For the power mods they shouldn't come with the car download you have to download either lfsteak or nto ( new tweak order) i like nto a lot better as it works for every car.

edit: check out driftmods.net the people there would be able to help a lot more with any problems you have.

edit: Also i have 2 lfs folders one is modded and the other one is not just so i can drift online when i want with out having to replace the veh folder.

okk Ant , ok stoner thanks , but if i'm not backing up the DEFAULT file , what it does? i'Ve got the one i'Ve so , its not suppose to do problem , and engine and sound i'm getting still pissed...

And just asking , if the file of Vaughnn contains only the dds , veh and Falken optional, do there's the engine and the sound of it in that ??

yeah but the default is 140 hp !
i cannot do anything with that !
we have to use the XRT not the XRG ?? right??
 
You have to download lfs tweak or nto ( new Tweak order ) for more power.:dopey:

Edit: NTO works for any car lfs tweak only works for the xrg.

these are apps/mods that will let you get more power, steering lock, and really what ever you want.
Look into driftmods.net they are very helpful when it comes learning about mods/apps for lfs also i only download cars from them but thats just me.

No they are very different the xrt has a fully adjustable suspension, both extension and compression adjustments for the dampers. The xrg doesn't that is why i use nto for my power tweaks.

but , where i put all the tweaks when i'Ve got them?? in what folder? sometims its application like i choose the power the torque and blablabla
there's also , like the steering lock , and i can choose the degrees of it , but i cant click on ! -__-
