Ok i'll do my best to be as professional as possible and do the right thing, i didn't mean to that to be the first thing i i said lol i should have put how i felt about what you said rather than worry about what my feelings are but just to note like Zach said i haven't seen any of that sense i joined and that is the primary resign of me joining MLD its a drama free team and so far it has stayed that way, at least from my view it has been perfect Like i told danger i hope to be on MLD for who knows how long and make a name for myself among the team but thanks for posting that because even if what you said is not true we all need to have a serious moment and realize what the team is about

Ok the past few weeks i have noticed a serious change in the mood of our Team. As a senior member or Overall Team Leaders I will go over some of these issues that seem to be holding us back from growing stronger as a Team and Family. I first will say at NO TIME will MLD condone and/or take part in childish and unprofessional behavior towards a driver,teammates and or friends of MLD or anyone for that matter. I have personally witnessed a few innocent responses or questions that turned into a embarrassing display of professionalism by both sides. ALL MEMBERS of MLD must represent a positive attitude while in a public lobby, this was made clear to all upon joining MLD. MLD is NOT looking for Drivers, with that being said, please don't ask me or tell me about you or your friend that's"Really good". I personally don't give a s***. There have been rules and requirements that have not been enforced. So to be sure everyone (members/non-members)understands some of the REQUIREMENTS I will try and be detailed enough so nobody can say they didnt know.. Due to previous altercations and problems, MLD is NOW a 18 and older team. At NO TIME will ANYONE BE ADDED TO THE MLD ROSTER BEFORE GOING THROUGH A PROSPECT PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS IF DRIVER(s) were on another Team. This is to be respectful to all other teams and drivers. MLD wants to make sure we do not inherent any previous drama upon adding members. NEGATIVE AND/OR AGGRESSIVE interactions will not be tolerated at all!! If its a personal problem keep it to yourself, I don't care nor does anyone else care about your old team or he said, she said BS. IF YOUR OLD TEAM WAS SO GOOD WHY THE **** YOU ON MLD. We are looking forward to grow as a team and family. Not living in the past. It is obvious that I as one of the senior members, am dissapointed in the way the team is going, but I also realize that I can not point fingers nor will I stand by and let our Respectable Team go down without a fight. And with that,as a leader take responsibility for the way MLD is going, I havnt been a good enough example for my Team. There have been questions about new members and it has brought more conflict than ever before and I feel that it is a reflection of our leadership that our members do not trust the choices we make. We have been too soft on these things and I have not spoke up on it. This ENDS NOW. I should not have to police our Team or have to remind them how to be respectful reguardless of the situation, because yhat is what we do as the Elite players of GT5. I have learned from other Elite players and Teams such as NEMESIS,Miss Devious,sai,king b and many others that have earned there spot to be called the Elite. If any member cannot live by these rules and requirements and feel it is too much or below them I humbly ask that you remove yourself from the team in good standing other than being removed.

Then people assumed i didn't understand the post. No, i not even finish read it, because it is hard to follow, due the lack of paragraphes. Once again, i will be more clear. I CAN understand his post. I just don't WANT read it. Because it is a pita to read blocks of text without paragraphes. I told him that, very politely, he replied me, saying he was typeing on phone. Ok, i can accept that.

Then that guy stepped in and said he is dyslexic and could understand. (implying that i am dumb). Then i said, ok, good for him that he understood. And it really is. Then you and the other one also stated you guys could understand. Ok, i got it, good for you both as well, no offence. Then i asked if anyone else wants to state that they could understand as well, because yes, it pissed me off a little.

Then that guy, who never spoke to me before steps in and offends me? What the hell i did now to deserve this? I just told PUSH that i couldn't bother to read, and he took it very well! So, why? I am not trolling anyone, i am not offending anyone, why are you guys flamming me? Really, stop it, it is getting beyond ridiculous!
