Whats better, to buy from the company of the car or from car sponsoring companies like Amuse and Toms?

Also, can anyone tell me good tunings & settings for an 01 RX-7 FD Bathurst R?

I heard its fast.

You can buy from the manfacturer but sometimes the tuner areas have a larger turbo etc.

Here's my Bathhurst settings:

Spring Rate: F9.1/R13
Height: 78/79
Shock Absorb: 7/9
Shock bound/rebound: Default
Camber: 2/1
Toe: 1/-1
Stab: 5/5
ASM/TCS 10/10/10

Those have worked well for me on Nurburgring and other courses.

Nice settings. I tried them out on my RZ and they worked pretty good. Only thing I did was turn the assits off and increase the rear camber so it'd oversteer.

I hit 7:24.487 at Nurgburgring with them. Also do you have a larger picture of the Supra in your avatar? I believe that's Craig Liberman's Supra (formerly owned by Ryan Woon). I just want to make sure.

Actually i just ran them and realized the height was WAY too high. So i re-edited it.

I really dont see how people can drive with the assists off, thats like drift setting, my car is all over the road w/o the asm understeer and tcs at least at 8.

I usually set the height as low as it goes most of the time. As far as driving with the assists off it's all about throttle control. In my opinion it makes the game 100x more fun to play.

Definately I agree, I think the Assists make the game to easy (easier) and it takes away from the whole 'simulator' etc. and yeah much more fun (although sometimes frustrating) with them off :)

Using the assists will also seriously slow down your lap times. Try turning the assists off and not making huge power upgrades. Drive some stock cars around with the assists all set to zero, like a plain 3rd-gen RX-7, and see what you think.

I've found that it also accelerates tire wear - especially on front drive cars. I don't know why they turned it on automatically in the game. It sucks to have to turn it off for every car individually.
