The point of doing that in GT4 Photomode comps is that it prevents the same person from winning over and over again. But, there are so few entries here, it seems like it would be useless. This way, we can have a good NISM0-Longbow battle every week

Oh really. But...there usually are more than one skilled person entering the GT4 competitions, so I don't even think that it's really necessary there either...

Heh. Me and NISMO have had many duels. And I have to say I...really appreciate having him to compete against.

I think it started when TW was dominating CCCL, and then alexwrc started murdering everybody in 2.0, and it just kept on going, so the hosts decided to make it a rule.
