Says in this article and in the press conference that basically its a crime for someone to push him off the road but he should be allowed to do it, even if its his teammate

Its a bug boys game JPM, and cant have a sook about something and then replicate it 2 seconds later, sorry it just dont work like that

The "incidents" JPM had his panties in a bunch about were all his fault. The first one MS had the lin, JPM wasn't close enough. The second, the one they touched< was all JPM. He dove on MS when he was side by side, what was MS supposed to do slam on the brakes and let JPM into his line...umm, no. MS drove his line and JPM hit HIM. Then JPM drives raplhie-boy off the track....I love the guy for that....but god I even gotta say he was aggressive there.

The in the press conference he ws sulking and whiney, like a little baby who got his toys taken away. It was pathetic.

I love the guy...but got he just seems so damn un-inspired this season....whiney and sulky and in general a big *****.

JPM has to be the baby of F1. All he ever does is whine and cry when he doesnt win or if he looses positions from his own doings. What a loser he was to go and say he was un happy with how shumie "ran" him off the track when he was the one who made the contact then he goes and does the same move to his own team mate. And think it was an ok move.

B!tch, B!tch, B!tch

thats all i can say. used to respect everything he used to say (back in the champcar days), but now.....he seems like a spoiled brat

I wanted to pop him one in the chops for his comments at the news conference.

As Scuderia said,

a) who ever heard of overtaking on the OUTSIDE of a hairpin?

b) MS simply held the racing line - as Martin Brundle pointed out - what was he supposed to do? Move over and let the Baby though?

c) Monty said MS "Closed the door on him and the stewards should punish him". On his Ralf incident he "simply closed the door because what else what he supposed to do".

I cant wait till next year when Kimi's temperment and talent will undoubtedly show Baby the way.

He is a spoilt brat. Wait till he gets to McLaren. At the rate they're going, he's gonna have to build the team himself (like Schumi did for Ferrari). If he doesn't shut the **** up now, McLaren will be sitting ducks.

Montoya SHUT THE **** UP AND DRIVE!!!

The whining at the press conference was rather useless and annoying, but this time I'd say he's damn right to be pissed off... holding your racing line is one thing, but when the other car is in front while entering the corner, you have to leave room for the other car instead of pushing him on the grass, and replays shows that Montoya was in front. And it's not like he needed this to finish ahead of Montoya in the end...

I like the explication the most experienced current F1 driver gave: “I saw his attack on the outside at braking, but then going out of the corner for me... first of all I did not see him, but second, outside around the corner you usually lose ground so I didn't expect him to be there.”I] ... yeah right.

Here's a bit of history quoted from an F1 site that maybe explains some of Monty's frustrations:

"The Brazilian GP of 2002, Schumacher does a double movement and chops off his front wing. No action is taken, even though replays show that Schumacher moves out wide, stops coming, then moves wider still causing the BMW-Williams wing to disappear. Malaysia 2002, Schumacher runs wide into Montoya and Montoya gets punished. Nurburgring 2003 Montoya puts a brilliant move on Schumacher, Schumi bounces into him comes off worst yet it is Montoya who is under investigation. Then at Indianapolis 2003 the drivers are warned not play team games, Montoya gets stuck behind Barrichello after an orchestrated Ferrari start, tries to force his way through a slow Barrichello, and gets a drive-through penalty."

Excluding the first lap, it was a flawless, impressive race for Schumi... But maybe I'd appreciate his talent a bit more if he had the balls to get a competitive teammate instead of Barrichello, whoever it is... (Alonso, Raikkonen, Button, Webber, Montoya) but I guess he prefers his championships 2002-style and would rather take Coultard if he had to replace him...

I saw all three airings of the race on Speed Channel. Can there be a bigger baby than Montoya? I watched it three times just to hear his whiny, stupid comments. Does anyone cheer for this guy? Does he have any fans left? This guy is a complete embarrassment to the F1 motor sport.

highlighted in blue... and he left him much more room on the track.

first montoya storms out of the australian gp press conference, now he is whining about being "forced" out onto the grass. i agree with DRIFT4EVA. montoya, shut up and drive because there are a lot of other more than capable (and well-mannered) drivers out there who could fill your spot at williams/mclaren with pure ease. (WEBBER, alonso, button, fisichella, wilson - poor guy never got a shot - heidfeld, bourdais)

I don't think he cares much since he's going to McLaren. But the way they're going I'd make the most out of WIlliams while he's there.

With the rate McLaren's going, I think Ralphie's got the better deal so far. Either Toyota or where ever else.

Montoya was annoyed because Schumacher had double-blocked him on the run to Tosa, that's why he went for the outside, and Michael simply pushed him off the track. In my opinion, there should have been words had with Michael about it, but any chance of that was undone when JPM did exactly the same thing to Ralf.

Montoya has a touch of the Nigel Mansell about him. Only with more talent.

"Michael simply pushed him off the track." Schumi had the racing line.

"Montoya has a touch of the Nigel Mansell about him. Only with more talent." Who has more talent?...... JPM or Mansell? Mansell is/was 'whatever' way better.

If JPM wasn't so hypocritical about the incedent i.e. I pushed Ralph of the road, what was I supposed to do? Schumi might have been investigated. Mind you his brother is being very agressive lately in races, always being investigated. Oh well such is life.......

"The FIA don't seem to see it that way. Charlie Whiting did review it and his view is that Michael's manoeuvres were perfectly okay. We take that decision and we get on with trying to make our car go quicker rather than bleating on about the past."

- Patrick Head

Reckon Patrick is sending a message to JPM there? :D

And Ralf was cleared of any wrong doing regarding his incident with Fernando

patty head is definately sending on a message..............him and frank have probably had a little talk to JPM. If they did, i reacon they would say, in more polite and politically correct terms, quit your b!tching and concerntrate on getting the walrus running more like a sabre tooth tiger

Malaysia 2003 was the wing incident, not 02, just a heads up, was a typo I assume.

JPM has always whined like a spoiled brat at most of what goes on. He is probably the most aggressive driver on the circuit, and personally I feel Michael has had enough of his bull****. He has nothing to prove and nothing to lose, and I'm sure he took a great deal of delight seeing grass shooting up as he edged Montoya off the circuit. Michael's had far from a clean record himself - Adelaide '94, Jerez '97 was the season closer? I can't remember if it was that or Austria... They have a similar uphill hairpin where Schumacher tried to take out Villeneuve...

Montoya was however justified in leaving the Australian Press conference, and I applaud him for it - he warned the loser comedians attempting to disrupt the conference that he would do it, and he made good on his promise. Hopefully they won't be getting a press pass next year as a result.

And whilst Schumacher had the sheer pace, Montoya was up to 2 seconds per lap slower. Rubens got trapped behind Ralf, the same could have happened. Then who knows how much of a lead Button would have had? Look at Alonso's performance in Hungary - the world was trapped behind Mark Webber and Alonso just disappeared.

It was a racing incident, Montoya got screwed for his own overzealous aggression. He didn't have track position with which to force Schumacher to yield, and he paid the price. He should be happy he got third this time, not thirteenth.
