She attacks me and i should be quiet? Of course not. Besides, are you her lawyer? Don't think so.
you're not wrong, but I still feel there's a preference there.
A good drift will have nice speed and nice angle, but I notice some people lean more towards getting more angle and some more towards getting more speed.
It's interesting to see where the preference lies, at least to me 👍
Evertime i read topics about drifting styles, the biggest/largest/greatest angle is the highest goal. So i asked myself, WHAT is the right angle, or better asked which amount (maybe in degrees?) of angle is the "right" angle to call a drift a good drift?
And what kind of setup do one need to achieve this "biggest/largest/greatest" angles?
To have in mind that there is a limited range from straight (zero degrees) to an angle where you spin out (over 90 degrees [not talking about backward entries, rather about mid-drift]).
I never get speed, ever. I'm terrible at speed drifting so I go for angle, which I'm good at. I've tandemed with every good crew out there, they go faster than me but I get more angle.
It's kind of infuriating actually. Nobody can tandem with me, so I'm always alone drifting because everybody just wants to get the fastest lap time.
ANGLE!! Everyone who knows me has that figured out lol. Although I do agree that speed and angle are work partners; I think that angle is a more enjoyable way of drifting. I find that the feeling of you going to the point right between spinning and a perfect angle is just priceless; you feel on the edge of the cliff.. you feel you are on the limit all around every corner no matter where. (IMO)
Usually if I see a guy trying to be faster than everyone else, I beat his time and continue doing my big angle drifts as I watch him pass me lap after lap going try hard.
A good drifter can go fast when he wants and get big angle slow drifts when he wants. That's when you truly know your car.
Lol same here... Now I remember why we used to drift so well together. I keep forgetting to add your new name on my PSN, but I'll shoot you an invite later today.
DM I need to add you on my friend list, you and I really think alike... Maybe it's a Trini ting.
