Cool, I actually found those video about a year ago and even made a video out of them, but it really sucked cus I really didn’t spend much time on it and it was the first time I ever used a video editing program.

But It's some of the best FR drifting I have ever seen using the joysticks and the 4WD is very good too. I remember when I first saw those videos; I couldn't fathom how they made the cars do that, and it was just more fun to watch drifting videos back then; when I thought it was all practically impossible to do. Now it's just "been there done that" I guess the next big thing will be the 360 spin then drift on every corner while twin drifting in perfect sync, I think that’s the only thing that would impress me now. :(

hey, they are bloody good vids!!!

I think i might make a consious effort to drift once in a while

/me is genuinely impressed

  why don't you try doing like a faint 360 drift?? Lets say there's a right turn comin up. do a 360 left, then swing it back to drift the corner. lol a big challenge. ^_^

humm... Sounds interesting but I think that the 360 faint drift might actually be a little easyer than a regular 360 drift since it would not have to be perfectly timed. Like if it was done too early then you could hang on to the faint drift a little longer. If done too late well... you can't realy do anything about that.

notice it's km/h and anyway....i kno it's goin unbelievibly fast..if it was slow...no one would really play it. He is drifting, it's just the angles are different from real life. This game wasn't made to be life like, just something to appeal to young anime lovers which are popping outta nowhere.

mindless_duke, could you use some grammar in your posts?

I've said this before, and i'll say it again. Initial D is an anime. That means it is usually not very realistic by definition. The creators of Initial D made the cars drift more sideways and faster than normal to make it even cooler than it would be. I don't know what you call drift, but yes they are doing it in the anime.

and i play it alot too.....he was driftin. U can also hear the squeals lol. Apparently, since the RX-7 and Trueno are the best cars when fully modified, he doesn't really need to brake or let go of the gas on some of the turns where normal cars usually have to. Sega Rosso has to fix that problem....RX-7 and Trueno are too fast. I heard ver. 2 the suzuki and Levin are also too fast
