thats like top 10 easiest...

i'd say top 5 hard corners wouild be(not in any special order)
1. Tokyo II, the long left-hander
2. AHR, the long left-hander
3. One of the SS courses, the tunnel after the staight away.
4. Grand valley, the tunnel
5. AHR, the two turns after the straight, connecting them take some skill, i wouldn't say there are very hard turns though, all of them are pretty easy...

I actually had a long post that I typed up to go with this, but GTP was screwed up at the time and it didn't go work. The corners I have the most trouble with seem to be the first corner at Deep Forest, the first corner at laguna seca, and this one (picture below)

Ill agree with you there ethix, i also thing that the turn after the ss turn which sends u up the steep hill at mountain trail 2. its hard cause u have alot of momentum comming from the side and u dont have alot for going up the hill and gettin enough speed for the next corner, idk jus something i kinda noticed

Another section of corners that I find difficult, but fun when I can get it right is this section on Apricot Hill (picture below). I can only do it with sim tires and I've only been able to do it perfectly a hand-full of times, but it looks awesome in a replay.

i can do that turn only on sims and slicks with really light cars ... All my cars have around 300 horses (the ones i liek that is)...

The hardest corners i find have to be on complex course simply becasue i rarely drive it... While the high speed corners are rather difficult to drift well the entire way through i would not say that they are difficult at all... all you need is enough power and tractionless tires lol... true skill comes out on corses like monaco where the walls get in your way...

And noone's mentioned the entire Cote d'Azur?

I've rarely seen anyone note of drifting any corners there. Is that due to how tight/narrow the course is?

AO

I have to add in Complex String, the big circle corner at the bottom left in the pic avobe. I think it may be the longest single corner in the game (not counting the test course).

Xzift... i can only do monaco in rear wheel drive... and in particular with a speedster or elise... or zz1... never attempted in anything different...

:D I havent put time into trying with a RWD, but I do drift RWD cars now, (See thread "XzifT's First Vid (Not Competition) but when I drifted a Skyline I owned Monaco.

I can drift monaco pretty well now. I asked a question about drifting monaco a while back and somebody (I think it was Pergatory) posted a video that really helped me. It's still a hard track for bigger cars, and I still tap the walls fairly often, but if you use a small car like an FC it's not too bad.

what car do u use for that ? i cant stretch my drifts out that far.. and id say one of the hardest for me is connecting the 90* turns at complex..

I was using an FC with Cudaman's settings when I was drifting that corner today, so I'd recommend that car. I can do it in most of my cars that are on sim tires though.
