What is your most memorable moment in a car (in real life)?
Mine would have to be in a road race with my rally car (I race in local club rallies) and it was the last lap. It was the last corner, being a left hander. I mucked up the 2nd last corner, not badly, but enough to be caught by the 2nd car. He, by the merest chance, mucked up passing me and tagged me in the right rear. He sent me into a slide. He cruised up along side me to take the chequered and my being a rally driver (and a damn good one at that) controlled the slide and guided 2nd up to the wall. I sandwiched him between me and the wall, nearly writing off the right side of my car. He bounced off the wall and rolled over big time. I got the race win because there wasn't enough evidence to tell that I deliberately rammed him.
And wouldn't you know it, I got the car in the pic from Juha Kankkunen himself (at a cool 200K+) this being his old 2000 rally car.

Tell us your most memorable moment.

PS most of you might know this is a photoshop animation.

Driving stories?
Like the time I took my '86 Mercury Grand Marquis offroad.

Or when I drove in between 2 cars on a 2 lane highway in my '90 Oldsmobile Toronado (car was merging into me, didn't yield, cut me off)

Or when my 6 cyl Toronado was running on 3 cyl (bad wiring) I had a 3,464 lb Geo Metro!

*BTW is that your car? Dude thats what I drive in GT3, you drive it in real life? Damn man!

I'm only 15 yrs old so this'll be my most memorable moment in my kart ;)

Well once on one of the Rotax Max Trophies I had to drive in the rain, and the course (karting franchorchamps)...well, I knew **** about it only having driven an hours free run and 2 training+1 qual sessions.
Well...in the rain I like to hit the chicane curbs really hard, so i practically park my whole kart on the curb usually it lift's you off a foot and when on decent soft tires the amount of grip while 'landing' is enourmous. But due to regulations I was on ****ty hard-a$$ vega's :P and as I was 2nd midway the race (around 12th lap) I thought I'd cut off the chicane this way so I could get next to No. 1... I kinda spun on my landing though and I ended up with No. 3 in my flank, he kinda shoved me into the next corner and I was pretty disoriented...either way I decided to just floor it and I got away pretty good (4rd place), I only had minor damage (dent sidepot, crack in the radiator i later found out) so I could easily finish the race and I ended up 3rd (No.2 got into a fight with one of the tirewalls..I don't really know what that was about, he just kinda ran into it :D )
