I try and use as many different cars as possable. I will use a car until it hits level 5 then its done. If I really like it, I will sell it and get another one. Due to this strategy I keep my cars as stock as possable. Right now I am in love with the 997 GT2 for A class. I put the front aero on to help with high speed push and it drives like its on rails.

Im still early in the game, but not modding too many cars at once. I have a pontiac G8 that has been fun on the C425 races. Ill also use the Focus RS for those races. I think Ive only really paid attention to 4 cars while the garage fills up and get some money saved up.

You're being a cheap ass, I've been there.

Well, I'm still there as a matter of fact even though I have one million and something credits.

Save you must, young Jedi, that with performance shall find it's way to you.

Think I've found my favorite..

The Evora. Thing is an absolute delight to spring around the track, it's definitely Elise-inspired and you feel it in every corner. 👍

Are there any cars that you were looking forward to, and found they were not so great? How about some that you thought wouldn't be so exciting, and turned out to be much better than you thought?

One I was looking forward to was the Veyron which handles like it weighs 4 tons and understeers so badly it's just utterly annoying. Of course, tuning resolves the problem....but it shouldn't be there to begin with. At least not as severely. One that crept up on me would be the....SL65 Black, I wasn't expecting it to be as composed as it is in the game.

Its not really being cheap as much as being broke. I only just hit 200kcr. The game rewards you with some pretty sweet cars, so I dont really feel the need to go on a car binge just yet. I figuire I can goof off with a few cars for now and at the same time Im working on the livery. So Ill do a few races and as I get to know the car better and start to like that particular car, I will reward it with parts and paint. In theory by the time it gets to higher levels it will be tuned and painted to my liking. I like to watch the replays and see how the livery is coming along, and try to sort out my ideas on the direction I want to take it.

Other than a couple of muscle cars (and even that's entirely up to you) the first 30 levels are going to be good to you. 👍
