Hi All,

New to the forums, and just thought I'd post a few of mine I'm working on - trying to get a decent collection going.

Let me know if you have any ideas or think they should be changed...

(please forgive me if the images don't display correctly - I tested using preview, but this is the first time using ImageShack :)

Cheers,
D

****in hell, Anesthesia. They're damn sweet. 👍

Did you photoshop them at all or just increase the white balance? Please dont take that the wrong way, it's just that they look feckin excellent. :)

looks like he messed with the temprature of the photo as well.. (so to speak)..
here's mine.. if it werent for them using raster images to skin the cars this would be a great shot..

edit: he used a screen layer(or more).. thats what it was, i did the same thing with my cuda in the earlier photos.. because of how dark it came out on the monitor :dunce:

Thanks boost654,

They are Photoshop-ed, but the white balance is untouched. The only major changes are levels in PS to brighten the pic a bit. Also, reducing the size makes a big difference with the GT4 pics.

suzq044,
No changes to the 'temperature' of the photo or white balance as mentioned above - the images from GT4 are surprisingly well balanced with just a little brightness/contrast needed (rather dark straight from PS2).

Anyway, hoping to get some more done soon, as well as on-track pics. Will post them when I have them.

Cheers,
D

hope you like these already shown these pics off in another thread and i hope they can compare to anastesia's work (sorry if i cant spell your name right) :scared:

Thanks for the comments guys - hoping to post some track pics soon.

The one problem I have found is that the images seem very dark straight from the PS, and a bit of contrast does wonders.

I have posted an example using 'the hodge's' pics above (hope you don't mind hodge - it's just a great pic) just to show you. I have also found that reducing the image size makes the pic look more realistic, as the 'imperfections' are hidden :) Hopefully this will help some people looking for ways to improve their pics...

I must admit that the photo mode is great, especially being able to use slow shutter speeds for blurring effects (like the hodge has done)

Anyway, hope to post some action pics soon myself :)

Cheers,
D

I have one for you BMWDRIVER.

I currently don't know/have anything to put some of my BMW pictures from my collection onto my computer.

But I did take a VERY realistic looking picture with my Camera Phone, the quality isn't great because the brightness is low on my phone, but when I took that picture, I said Holy **** out loud because it even tricked myself, and I was the one who took the picture.

The quality won't be good, but you can get a good idea of what the picture would look like, it's a pic of the Bad Ass M3:
