but I don't believe the driver should have stopped in the midst of a no-visibility dust cloud.
I'm surprised that you think he deliberately chose to stop in the middle of one of the fastest parts of the track. You can't help it when your car stalls.

I don't think that. In the earlier discussion some contended that the driver who hit the car that went off and came back on track should have stopped as he couldn't see through the dust cloud. I was disagreeing as intentionally stopping where there is no visibility means there is a high likelihood to get hit. Unfortunately in this case there was the stalled car after the cloud.

My apologies, must have misunderstood your wording.

From the British F3 round at Oulton Park.

Most people must have seen this by now but Oulton Park had some horrendous weather back in 2005. No life-threatening injuries; that marshall was lucky enough to skip over the front of the Viper and squeeze under the rear bodywork. Incredible.

This is an abridged version.

The full version was a little tedious and a very transparent advert for their Shell fuel. Interestingly the answers the drivers were most sure about were to the "Just How Amazing Is Shell Fuel!?" questions :)

Still, Kimi was right, he doesn't have a middle name... his first name is Kimi-Matias.

Why did they both take their helmets off? Surely if they wanted to punch the other driver, they could have had a massive advantage with a crash helmet over their face.

Not to mention a single headbutt could easily put their lights out if they had a helmet... HANS devices can come in handy too; it's harder to choke a guy out with a big safety device covering his neck.
