mPoints- what?

So I've been using the official Craigslist app and occasionally it tells me I have "points". I brushed it off until my friend asked what it was. I told her I didn't know, it seemed like a scam.

Apparently it's a rewards program for ad exposure on various apps? Anyone have experience with this?
