... and they're proud of their post counts! I'm not sure that using the forums to argue over whether or not you've read your latest Private Messages is really contributing a great deal to the environment!

Answer me this.
Why is it so great to have such a high post count? What is all the great fuss about it? Does it make you think that you are a important person because you have over 1000 posts?

I was about the 18th member to register in these forums, and take a look at my post count. Does it seem like i'm worried about what it says?

No but then again some people may value having a higher post. As they may come atleast 1 a day or close to that. Having a higher post count..hmm...i guess its kinda like a chaleenge to yourself and maybe others to see who can get to the top. I'm sure anybody could by whoring there brains out. But then no one would respect them. Ppl here respect Zero and Josh because a high post count usually means a senior member and they deserve more repsect.

Having a higher post count does not mean you deserve more respect. In Josh's case, he is a well respected member and has been here for a while, so it doesn't really matter what his post count says, he will still be a respected member.
Same thing goes for Jordan. High post count, but has been here since the beginning (obviously) and is well respected.

It kinda hard to explain what i'm trying to say, so ^^^^ that will have to do.

high post count usually means that that member is involved in gtp a lot. if they are involved a lot then they are well known.

to have a high post count doesnt mean youll get respect, you may even be called a postwhore.

i dont care about post count i just like having custom avatars.
