Specifically.....

[Other Changes]
- Cars worth over 1,000,000 Cr. (including gift car coupons) are now prohibited from being traded to prevent issues during the trading process. When lending and borrowing cars between friends, please use the car loan system

It has also been independantly confirmed by multiple users that only one car per ps3 can be gifted per day. This means if you have 15 accounts on one console, 14 of those accounts will not be able to gift a car.

Update: It has been reported that the trading limitations (1,000,000 cr) have been lifted until the 3rd of March. The one gift per ps3 per day (car/ticket) limitation still applies.

Meh, it's okay if you didn't overhaul it yet before sending. I also want to make sure if you prefer having "fresh" cars. I'm gonna add your main account (if you also have other accounts to do more trades) and send my car first. I'll be patient for your car. The car I'll send you will be overhauled first, by the way.

For sure. Yea its no biggie if it isn't overhauled... I probably wont ever use it. So it doesn't matter. Pretty sure I got a trade tomorrow & then Ill let you know
 
After the R34's, can I trade my SVT Lightning for your Dodge LARAMIE Quad Cab on the next day? The truck I'm gonna send you is colored red, overhauled already and has no permanent mods installed. But if you aren't interested in my pickup truck deal then I'll just proceed with the R34. :)

mm... I don't have anything really worthwhile is why I am offering any 450k or under premium car so I can just buy it and send it to you.

So I can't trade tomorrow man... I guess some guy that I had previously traded with didn't get the car? So if your still interested let me know? I might be able do Friday if not def Saturday
