My car setups will not save (PS4Pro)

Hi All; I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem: I've made adjustments to car settings and then saved the file using the triangle prompt shown on the tuning screen (I'm on PS4Pro), named the file, pushed "confirm" and it looks like it saved. However, when I quit and come back or even go to the next race the file I saved is not there in the load option. I had this same problem with AC and never could figure out why the files are not there when I try to load them.
I'm sure I'm missing something in the save process but can't figure out what so I'm tapping into the vast knowledge of this community for help.

The save file only applies to that track, if you go somewhere else you'll have to start again. At first I thought this was annoying, but then I realised all the preset aggressive setups varied per track, so always a good place to start. I used to use a good tune for lots of tracks, gonna be a bit different in ACC.

Edit: and as a side note, and I posted this earlier, all my saved data got corrupted last night and everything was gone when I fired it up today. Could be glitches in the matrix.

Sorry but your game is faulty but then so is everyone else's ;-)
