My DFGT is DEAD!

As you can tell from the title of this thread, my DFGT has died on me. I was doing a couple of laps in arcade, lost control, and when I recovered there was no more force feedback and a burning smell coming from the wheel. It was a sad day for racing.:ill::ill::ill:

I have 2 questions now if anyone can help:

1) How do I contact Logitech about a replacement? I searched their site and was not able to find an email address relating to returns or warranty information.

2) Has this happened to anyone else and how was it resolved?

Thank you for taking time to help me.

I bought it online through Dell which is a pretty reputable company. I finally figured out how to send them an email. I just got it in may so there shouldn't be any problems getting it replaced.

Has anyone else had their wheel go out on them like this? Especially so soon after purchase?

well, hope they will react to your e-mail soon man!!
i remember reading somewhere that someone had a problem with his dfgt wheel and returned it to shop and got a new one,i have done an extensive search but cant be able to locate it anymore....will keep trying to find it though.........👍

yeah i got mine in the middle of may so I'm a bit surprised it crapped out on me so soon. luckily its still under warranty but i can't find the email from dell showing I bought it from them, hopefully I can still get it replaced.

I love logitech! This had to be the easiest time I've ever had dealing with a warranty replacement issue. In about 10 days they will deliver my new wheel and pick up the defective one.

yessssssss!!!bravo man....pffffff,you must feel better now...
and its good to know logitech are that nice!!!

From all the reports I have heard about Logitech support have been the best around, they stand by their products.

Im surprised that a wheel so new in design would just break like that but I guess there are always some which are faulty.... I hope its not a trend with the new wheel though! :ill:
