Even though I would like to have an rSeat like racing chair with a shifter holder, I simply cannot store it when not in use. Since I recently got a TH8 RS shifter I needed to build something to put it on. So here it is, after a full day of DIY work: my dining chair foldable shifter and e-brake holder. After use it can be folded into a flat package which can be put in the closet.
The front legs of the dining chair are placed onto the bottom plate, this way the whole thing is very sturdy since your weight is placed on top of it.

Perhaps an idea for other people who do not have the room for a complete, commercial rig.
