i'll try it!

Oh okay. Yeah I got two z34. One my friend gave to me with a tune. And this one I posted my own tune. And if you need a z34 let me know I got chrome, matte, and fluorescent paints.

Wow your 370 is heavy. I dont remember them weighing that much. I'll look mine up and compare. I dont use aero tho.

At a first look, you might need to explain the RPM band you are in and the shape of the torque curve, otherwise the transmission settings might be bad. I can't tell by looking at it right now, but if you added what RPM group you tend to drive in and when you shift, that might help.

Your toe and camber angles seem unnecessarily extreme for your damper and spring rate settings, and I assume you're using CH tires (at about .85-.9 Gs) You should also explain the weight distribution and where your ballast is located. Ride height is also somewhat low for those spring rate settings as well, given how low the center of mass on the 370Z is already.

How did you tune this? It seems a little haphazard.

If you provide the max torque, weight distribution, location of downforce (f/r) and the torque at every 1000RPMs of the band you drive in, I can get the height, width, length, track width, wheelbase, and assume a Center of Mass (it's not worth the effort to find it precisely in this case) and then throw all of the data into my tuning sheet and it should tell me the specifics about the driving that should optimize the car better. Some things that appear wild and unorthodox in a tune may not have enough of an effect on the overall performance to be a detriment.

Well I tune my cars were I feel comfortable with it. I quick shift. When it redlined I shift to the next gear. I'm comfortable with the way I tune it and the way it drifts. It's my style. So theirs not much to explain. I just posted it so anyone can test it out or w.e.

I won't test it, but I respect the tune if it works for you. I feel as if there is room for improvement, but without the necessary data I can't do a quick tune. Yes, I could buy the car and tune it exclusively myself in relation to your tune, but not only would that take more time than I think is worth it, but I would probably end up with my 370Z tune in the end.

For me the LSD and the camber, are not even close to good. Excessive camber makes for a grip loss, and the LSD setup is far from perfect for control of the car.

You the same guy as YWB_Capone? I think I had that one on my friends list, re-add me "Bluntified", I'll help you out, I'm on a G27 too and just started out earlier this year so everything's still fresh :).

Keep in mind though, with a wheel, it's sometimes better to keep the suspension softer, you'll get less snap and smoother transistions. I usually set LSD between 45-55 Accel, 45-55 Decel, 15-30 Braking. For the Z34, I use 45, 45, 15, it runs well for me.

I applaud him for sharing his setups however I also have difficulty tuning a z34 which is the sole reason I don't have one in my garage. There are few things i would change but at the end of the day its your tune and not mine. Keep doing your thing. Hopefully it helps others in some way or points them in a better direction. Cheers.

I must say i did try this. Suspension wise it feels ok. But with the camber, tor, and lsd it lacks any forward bite.
